Before I let you guys go for the day(I know.. I seem to say that a lot and then keep on a’ramblin’ haha)

Let me introduce you to one of the most underrated characters in this entire routine:

The treadmill.

Not in a “new year, new me, I run marathons now” kind of way.

More like…

“I will walk with purpose for a small, respectable amount of time and then emotionally reward myself for it” kind of way.

Because here’s the truth I have learned the hard way:

And no, I’m not out here doing extreme workouts that require a playlist, a pre-workout, and a personal pep talk.

  • getting on the treadmill
